Who else is in the room?

People like you. Senior enough to have real options, stuck enough to spend a Saturday morning on this. Directors, VPs, and senior managers across industries. Expats and locals.

What do I actually leave with?

A clear picture of what your career has been optimising for, where the gap is between what you value and what your role actually rewards, and one concrete action within your control that you can take this week. No written career plan. No deliverable. Clarity and a decision you have been avoiding.

Is there pre-work?

Five to ten minutes. You will receive a short reflection prompt 48 hours before the session. It primes your thinking so you arrive ready to work, not warming up. You do not share it with the group.

What if the session does not run?

We confirm the session is running by Wednesday, 9th April. If we haven't reached four participants, you'll receive a full refund or first priority on the next date.

Will I be put on the spot?

No. Every exercise starts in pairs. You share with one person before you share with anyone else. By the time the wider group hears anything, you have already tested your thinking privately.
