  • Leadership and human capital development projects can be funded under Core Capabilities, especially where linked to strategy, transformation, or organisational alignment.

  • Funding support levels (as of 2025):

    • SMEs: up to 50% of qualifying project costs.

    • Non-SMEs: up to 30%.

2. SkillsFuture Credits (Individual)

  • Singaporeans aged 25 and above receive SkillsFuture credits to offset approved course fees.

  • TCP relevance: While our core focus is corporate programs, individuals may apply credits if specific modules are SkillsFuture-eligible.


3. Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
