1. Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

• Administered by Enterprise Singapore.

• Supports projects in three areas: Core Capabilities, Innovation & Productivity, and Market Access.

• Leadership and human capital development projects can be funded under Core Capabilities, especially where linked to strategy, transformation, or organisational alignment.

• Funding support levels (as of 2025):

  • SMEs: up to 50% of qualifying project costs.

  • Non-SMEs: up to 30%.

• TCP relevance: Our Leadership Alignment, Responsible AI Leadership, and Strategic Clarity programs map closely to EDG objectives.

2. SkillsFuture Credits (Individual)

• Singaporeans aged 25 and above receive SkillsFuture credits to offset approved course fees.

• Credits can be applied to a wide range of SSG-approved courses.

• TCP relevance: While our core focus is corporate programs, individuals may apply credits if specific modules are SkillsFuture-eligible.

3. Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)

• Provides up to 70% subsidies for eligible SMEs on SSG-supported courses.

• Often paired with the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), which provides an additional one-off credit of up to $10,000 to cover out-of-pocket expenses.

• TCP relevance: SME clients accessing SSG-approved programs can benefit from higher support levels, making leadership development more affordable.
