Our Commitment
At The Clarity Practice, we believe in responsibly combining human insight with technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the tools we may use to support our work, but never at the expense of human judgment, confidentiality, or trust.
How We Use AI
- To generate research summaries and synthesise leadership insights
- To assist with content creation, such as articles, reports, and learning resources
- To analyse anonymised patterns across leadership data
- To improve efficiency in operations and reporting
- To transcribe and summarise coaching sessions that you have explicitly consented to record
How We Do Not Use AI
- AI does not replace human coaching or decision-making
- We do not input identifiable client personal data into AI tools
- Where a tool offers a no-training or no-retention setting, we enable it
- Client material is anonymised or pseudonymised before any AI processing, and confidentiality remains paramount
Data Privacy and Security
- All personal data is handled in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- We choose reputable tools and, most importantly, control what we put into them: identifiable client data is not entered into AI tools
- Any provider that stores or processes data on our behalf does so under the processor categories described in our Privacy Policy
For full detail on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Human Accountability
- All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, validated, and contextualised by The Clarity Practice coaches
- Final responsibility for accuracy, quality, and professional judgment rests with human coaches, not AI tools
- Clients can be confident that all deliverables represent The Clarity Practice's expertise and standards
Continuous Review
We regularly review our use of AI to ensure it remains safe, ethical, and aligned with evolving laws and client expectations.
The version number and review date at the top of this page indicate the current edition. Material changes are versioned; minor clarifications update the review date only.
Disclaimer
This AI Policy explains how The Clarity Practice uses AI responsibly. It does not create legal obligations beyond Singapore law. AI is used as a support tool, and all outputs are subject to human oversight.
