Our position
We use AI as a tool to support our work. It does not replace human judgment, and it does not change our obligations on confidentiality or data protection.
How we use AI
- Research summarisation and synthesis of published material
- Drafting support for articles, reports, and learning resources
- Preparation and analysis of engagement material, including assessment reports and session documentation
- Operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and administration
How we use AI with client material
We use AI tools on client material, including assessment reports and session documentation. Those tools act as processors on our behalf and fall under the provider categories set out in our Privacy Policy. We choose tools that allow us to disable training on our content, and configure them that way where the option exists. How long we keep data, and why, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Human accountability
AI does not make coaching decisions. All AI-assisted output is reviewed and validated by a human before it reaches a client. Final responsibility for accuracy, quality, and professional judgment rests with The Clarity Practice, not with AI tools.
Data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it. A current list of named providers is available on written request.
Status of this page
