Coaching Agreement
Purpose of Coaching
Coaching is a professional development process that supports reflection, growth, and clarity. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or consulting.
Roles and Responsibilities
The coach facilitates discovery through thoughtful questioning. You, the client, remain fully responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm. The practice operates in line with the ICF Code of Ethics on confidentiality.
Commitment
Coaching works best when sessions start on time and when you engage openly and follow agreed practices between sessions.
Boundaries
Coaching is future-focused and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. The coach does not make decisions for you.
Consent
By submitting the onboarding form, you consent to these Terms electronically. This constitutes a binding agreement under the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act.
