Why this works

The pattern is rarely the presented problem.

Senior leaders typically arrive at a coaching conversation with a clear narrative about the issue. Three sessions in, the underlying pattern is usually different from the one they named at the start.

This assessment is a forensic first-cut. It is not predictive and does not replace the diagnostic that happens in conversation. It identifies where to look first. A starting hypothesis that the work either confirms or productively refutes.

The four dimensions are drawn from the patterns we see most often across executive coaching engagements in Singapore and APAC. The questions are statements, not interrogations, deliberately. Senior leaders read better than they answer.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Is it really free?

Yes. The assessment is free. We capture your email to send the pathway-specific follow-up note, which includes a short read on the pattern your assessment surfaced and an option to book a conversation. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How is the result calculated?

Each statement adds to one of four dimensions; results are displayed as clarity scores where lower indicates more pressure. The dimension with the most pressure determines the dominant pattern and routes you to one of four pathways: escalation, identity, career, or APAC. The result is diagnostic, not predictive; it identifies where to look first.

What happens after I submit?

Your result appears immediately on this page. A pathway-specific email arrives within a few minutes. A short read on what your dominant pattern usually means, and a calendar link if you want to book a conversation.

Will my responses be shared?

Your individual responses are private. We use them to compute your pathway result and to write the follow-up note. We do not share individual data; aggregated patterns may inform anonymous research over time.

Can I take it more than once?

Yes. The patterns shift over time and with role transitions. Some leaders re-take after a major role change or six months into a coaching engagement. You will see the difference.
