Who delivers the work

Gary's credentials:
- ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- EMCC Global EIA Practitioner Level
- Certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile®
- Leadership Circle Pulse™ certified
- Accredited Practising Management Consultant (PMC), SBACC
- MBA, London South Bank University
- AI Ethics and Governance certification, Singapore Computer Society and NTU
The practice is appointed to the coaching panel of a prestigious Singapore university.
Every associate proposed for your engagement is named, with a bio. They start work only once you have approved them, and they cannot substitute anyone else or subcontract.
Each associate signs a confidentiality agreement, a services agreement and a schedule for your engagement. Under those contracts they:
- follow the ICF Code of Ethics, and Leadership Circle's practitioner guidelines on LCP work
- carry their own professional indemnity insurance
- declare any existing relationship with your organisation or your leaders before accepting a role
- handle your personal data under the PDPA, only on systems we designate, and delete or return it when the work ends
- use no recording, transcription or AI tool in a session without the leader's and our prior written consent
- accept no gifts, and route all contact with your team through us
Confidentiality
Coaching content stays between coach and coachee. Each leader's Leadership Circle Profile® report, and the content of every session, stays with the leader and the delivery team.
Your organisation receives attendance confirmation and anonymised cohort themes. Nothing attributable to an individual leader. Leaders are told these boundaries before the work starts, and sponsor reporting is agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
We work under your non-disclosure agreement where you have one.
The practice adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics. Coaching records are disclosed only where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk of harm.
Data protection
Personal data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Our Privacy Policy sets out the categories of provider that process it. A named list is available on written request.
Where a breach meets the PDPA notification threshold, we notify the PDPC and the people affected.
Where data is held. Leadership Circle Profile® data is hosted in Dublin, Ireland, with backups in the US. Contact details, meeting notes and proposals sit with providers outside Singapore, including in the US. Our processor list names each one.
Need your data kept in Singapore? We can keep session notes and reports on devices in Singapore.
Recording. Sessions are recorded or transcribed only with the leader's explicit consent.
AI. We use AI tools on engagement material as set out in our AI Policy. They act as processors on our behalf. We choose tools that let us switch off training on our content, and switch it off where the option exists. A person reviews every AI-assisted output before it reaches a client.
Leadership Circle Profile® security. Leadership Circle holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification and states GDPR compliance. Its SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. Detail on the Leadership Circle Trust Center.
