How adaptive leadership shifted my team from escalation to ownership
In my own practice, I adopted an adaptive leadership approach that shifted the team from dependency to shared ownership.
Several team members held deep institutional knowledge and operational expertise, so I encouraged them to make informed decisions within their domain and loop me in only when my input was genuinely critical.
